In order to guarantee the proper operation of computer servers, they must be maintained in a controlled environment in terms of temperature and relative humidity. These temperature and humidity guidelines are detailed in the ASHRAE recommendations: dry bulb temperature of 18°C to 27°C, humidity between 5.5°C and 15°C dew point and below 60%.
