How do I get a quote?
You can fill out the quote form with the information needed to study your project (Support > Quote), or send an email with a description of your needs, your project and your contact information. Response times: 48-72 business hours. Go to this page
How do I get a quote for spare parts?
By using our contact form or by email.
Who is my sales contact?
You will find your business contacts using the interactive map in the "Contacts" page.
How long does it take to ship the products?
The deadlines vary according to the type of product ordered, the constraints related to transport and manufacturing. Globally, we respect a deadline of : 2 weeks for spare parts, 4 weeks for appliances, 6 weeks for special products.
Where can I find the commercial documentation (brochures, leaflets etc.)?
To do this you just need to access the menu "Products", choose the product you are interested in and you will find below the description the documents to download. You can find a product and therefore its documentation, using the search bar of the site (top right), just write the name of the product concerned.
How to contact the after-sales service?
To do this, simply fill out the form on the Support > Service page. Remember to fill in all the boxes: the more information you give the technician, the better he will be able to support you.
My machine does not produce steam. What can I do?
In the event that your unit does not produce steam, please check the following before contacting us: servo, regul, water, electrical supply, glued contactor. Once the points have been checked, if the problem persists, please contact the After Sales Service.
What do the different messages M1, M2 etc. mean?
